Service scope
AIPhotoPrompts.org provides prompt examples, prompt-building tools, Google sign-in, limited AI photo generation workflows, a free signed-in generation grant, and one-time credit packs where available. The service is currently limited to internal beta, test mode, noindex, or prelaunch use unless the Owner approves public paid launch.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts, reference images, source materials, and outputs you choose to create, upload, generate, download, or use. You must review applicable AI model terms, platform rules, third-party rights, advertising standards, client requirements, and local law before using outputs in client, commercial, marketplace, public-facing, or regulated contexts.
No legal or rights guarantee
AIPhotoPrompts does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, trademark clearance, likeness permission, model releases, platform approval, or a guarantee that any prompt, reference image, generated image, or output is commercially usable, cleared for copyright or trademark concerns, legally cleared, or accepted by any third-party platform.
Free generation grant
In M1, eligible signed-in users may receive one free generation grant. Hard-blocked requests that do not call a generation provider do not use the free grant. Provider failures, timeouts, or no-image returns may return the free grant according to the ledger and production implementation. NEEDS_OWNER_CONFIRMATION: whether the free generation grant is once per Google OAuth account, once per user, or another eligibility rule.
Credits and credit packs
Credits are an in-app usage unit for eligible AIPhotoPrompts Studio actions. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Credits are not cash, stored bank value, gift cards, legal clearance, copyright permission, trademark clearance, likeness permission, platform clearance, or a guarantee of commercial usability. Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law. Credit costs are shown before eligible paid actions. Safety hard-blocks before provider calls do not use credits. Provider failures, timeouts, or no-image returns should release the hold or return credits according to the ledger.
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Paid but unused credits are refundable according to the ledger and applicable law. Credits already consumed for completed generations are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly approved by AIPhotoPrompts support. If a Stripe dispute or chargeback is opened, AIPhotoPrompts may place a temporary, ledger-recorded hold on remaining unused credits from the disputed order, or an equivalent unused credit value, while the dispute is reviewed. AIPhotoPrompts does not silently delete paid credits. Checkout, generation, or account access may be paused for suspected payment fraud, chargeback abuse, policy bypass, repeated prohibited generation attempts, abnormal automation, or other abuse indicators.
Credit expiration
Purchased credit packs do not expire. Free trial, promotional, or manually granted credits may have separate rules if introduced, and those rules should be disclosed where the grant is offered. Credits remain subject to the account ledger, refund and dispute handling, abuse or fraud review, and applicable law.
No subscriptions in M1
Monthly and annual subscriptions are not available in the M1 release. AIPhotoPrompts currently supports a free signed-in trial and one-time credit packs where available. Subscription plans may be evaluated later after costs, refunds, cancellation flows, and abuse controls are validated.
Prohibited content
Do not use AIPhotoPrompts to request, upload, generate, or attempt to generate real-person impersonation, celebrity or private-person likeness, deepfakes, face swaps, identity documents, NSFW content, sexual or sensitive content involving minors, protected IP or logo misuse, fake endorsements, deceptive medical, financial, legal, or political imagery, illegal content, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
Support and disputes
For billing, missing credits, failed generation, privacy, deletion, safety, or account support, contact support@aiphotoprompts.org with your account email and relevant receipt, checkout session, dispute, or job reference. Do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers, private images, identity documents, or sensitive personal information by email unless support provides a safer transfer method.
