AIPhotoPrompts helps users write and test photo prompts, but it does not provide legal review, rights clearance, model releases, platform approval, or a guarantee that outputs are commercially usable.
Hard-block rules
AIPhotoPrompts may block requests before generation when they involve real-person likeness, celebrity or private-person impersonation, deepfakes, face swaps, identity documents, NSFW content, sexual or sensitive content involving minors, protected IP or character misuse, brand/logo misuse, fake endorsements, deceptive medical, financial, legal, or political imagery, illegal content, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
When a request is blocked before a provider call, no generation provider is called and no credits are used.
Upload and image-to-image boundary
Only upload reference images you have the right to use. Do not upload private-person photos, children’s sensitive images, identity documents, celebrity likenesses, protected IP, logos, brand assets you do not control, illegal content, NSFW content, or deceptive materials.
Owner intent for image-to-image is approved for M1 where enabled, but paid public availability remains gated by provider support, upload and reference-image policy enforcement, server-side safety checks, private storage, signed URL access, retention/deletion controls, provider terms review, and final Terms/Safety review.
Safe rewrite and credits
When possible, AIPhotoPrompts may suggest a safer fictional, generic, non-branded, or rights-cleared alternative. Credits are used only if you choose to run an eligible generation after reviewing the revised prompt and cost preview.
No rights guarantee
No legal, copyright, trademark, likeness, model-release, commercial-use, or platform-approval guarantee.
