Email support@aiphotoprompts.org with your account email, receipt reference, checkout session reference, order reference, dispute reference, or job reference when relevant.
Do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers, private images, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information by email unless support provides a safer transfer method.
Billing and credits
Use support for duplicate charges, missing credits, failed jobs, receipt questions, refund questions, webhook pending states, chargeback or dispute questions, or billing ledger questions. Paid but unused credits are refundable according to the ledger and applicable law; consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by AIPhotoPrompts support.
Safety and corrections
Report unsafe prompt behavior, blocked-category questions, site corrections, or category suggestions.
Privacy and deletion
Ask about account data, generated image history, uploaded reference deletion, privacy requests, or data deletion questions.
